There may be problems with running Effigos Hoof Explorer with a certain combination of your hardware, your operating system (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Windows, Android, etc.), and your browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera etc.). In most cases, trying a different combination, e. g. using Firefox instead of Chrome, might already solve the problem. Updating your operating system might help as well. Currently there is a bug in iPadOS and iOS Version 13.1 causing the application to crash with any browser. Updating to Version 13.2 fixes this recent error. Another reason for this error is the usage of browser extensions not compatible with Effigos Hoof Explorer. Running Effigos Hoof Explorer in incognito / private mode (Instructions on using private mode in Chrome, for example) with extensions disabled may solve this issue. In certain cases, emptying the browser cache and deleting cookies (Instructions on deleting browser data in Chrome, for example) may help as well. Should none of the above methods work, please contact us via the contact form or send us an email to support@effigos.com.
